Recently, Brynn just portrayed Maid Marian in a local children's community theatre production of 'Robin Hood'. When she first found out that the company was going to put on Robin Hood nearly a year ago, she set her mind to try and obtain the part. And she got it! We were SO happy for her, as it was her first lead ever, she just couldn't believe it. During the run of the rehearsals one night, she went on a Robin Hood marathon one night with a few of the movie versions our dad brought home for her to get inspired by. Neither of us liked 'Prince of Thieves', I'm sorry, that just had to be said, hehe, but the one with Patrick Bergen (sp?) and Uma Therman was really well-done. When Brynn first saw Marian's wedding dress at the end, she decided to make that one to wear for Scarborough Faire. She got it all finished just in time to leave for the trip, only to decide the day before the faire that it was going to be way too hot. Ah well. We got some pictures of it while we were staying on Lake Hamilton, in Hot Springs, AR. These were actually some of the last shots we have of her with her long hair.
